Shipping Policy

1. Where we deliver
Online orders are delivered within Australia only. We do not currently ship internationally. Delivery availability depends on our carriers' service areas. If we can't deliver to your address, we will contact you before dispatch and offer a full refund.

2. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Rates depend on the size and weight of your order, your delivery location and the carrier used.

3. Dispatch times
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

4. Carrier and tracking
Orders are sent with Australia Post and/or Aramex. When your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

5. Heat and storage
Honey is a natural product and can be affected by heat. Please arrange for someone to collect your parcel promptly, or for it to be left in a shaded, safe place. Store honey sealed, below 25°C and out of direct sunlight. Honey may naturally crystallise or change texture. This is normal and does not mean the honey is faulty.

6. Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel is lost, arrives damaged or leaking, or has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery date, please email sales@accompli.au with your order number (and photos of any damage). We will follow it up with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund. Until your order is delivered, it is our responsibility. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.

7. Address errors
Please check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. If a re-delivery fee applies, we will tell you the amount and get your agreement before re-sending.

8. Wholesale and stockist deliveries
This section applies to wholesale accounts only, not to online retail orders. Wholesale orders have no minimum order. For shops between Brisbane and Bundaberg, delivery is free on orders over $250 and $15 on orders of $250 or less. We deliver most Thursdays. Delivery outside this area is quoted on request, or as otherwise agreed in writing with the stockist.
